About the Cal-SAFE Program The California School Age Families Education (Cal-SAFE) program is designed for expectant and parenting teens. You are eligible if you are: 18 years old or younger An expectant parent or parenting teen Working toward your High School Diploma Male or Female   Services Provided Career Education & Counseling Child Care & Development Services College Prep.
