Student Spotlight on:
Scott Gill
Current student of North State Independence H.S.
 This picture was taken of Scott Gill as he prepared to ride in the roping event for a high school rodeo competition in Cottonwood. His next competition there is April 8 and 9, 2006, starting at 10 a.m. each day. Scott, a senior, plans to become a professional rodeo rider in calf roping, steer wrestling, and team roping.
After being graduated from NSIHS, he will attend a community college in Quincy known for proficiency in rodeo competition. After community college graduation, he expects to attend a major western university.
